Jörg Rheinboldt – General Partner at HEARTFELT_ and Managing Director at APX
As a seasoned entrepreneur and influential figure in the tech industry, Jörg Rheinboldt has substantially shaped Germany's digital landscape. He co-founded Alando.de AG, which was acquired by eBay in 1999, leading to his role as Managing Director of eBay Germany where he spearheaded its rise to become one of the nation's leading e-commerce platforms. Jörg also established denkwerk in 1994 during his Business Administration studies in Cologne, and later guided Axel Springer Plug and Play as CEO.
At HEARTFELT_ and APX, Jörg leverages his extensive experience to mentor and invest in over 300 startups, driving sustainable growth and innovation across the digital economy. His leadership at APX and earlier roles have solidified his reputation as a key contributor to technological and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jörg is committed to social impact through roles such as co-founder of betterplace.org and board member at Berliner Stadtmission and Arbeitskreis evangelischer Unternehmer. He is also the co-author of "Simply Seven," a book on online business models, and has been instrumental in bringing TEDx events to Germany.
